Sweet baby lord. Jethro's is amazing. I'm sitting here, full of meat and happy about it.
Tonight, I ate a quarter rack of ribs, half an order of chicken wings, a full side of garlic mashed potatoes, half of baked beans, and a handful of waffle fries.
Seriously. Seriously, the BEST wings I've ever had. I ordered them with the dry rub only. So they come with this amazing peppery honey. They're so brown sugar-crunchy and amazing. No sauce is required, and I'm appalled that anyone would even consider dipping them in ranch or bleu cheese.
The ribs and mashed potatoes were as amazing as they were last time. Baked beans were meh.
If you've never been to one of the Jethro's locations, I absolutely recommend it. Meat FTW.
